Contents of Team Binders

Team managers serve as foundation of all of our teams. All important team information should be placed into a three-ring binder that a team manager can reference, especially while playing at away games, tournaments, and showcases.

Each team manager is required to put together a three-ring binder with the following items:

USA Hockey Verified Roster

A verified USA Hockey roster will be provided to managers by the Club.

USA Hockey Waiver Forms Signed

All players, coaches, managers, and volunteers need to sign the appropriate paperwork. Signed copies should be housed in the binder.

Blank Scoresheets & Roster Stickers

Blank scoresheets will be used for Home games. Roster stickers are exponentially more convenient than handwriting your rosters in each game and will be used for Home & Away games.

Team Contact Information

Have emergency contact information listed for all players in case of minor issues to major emergencies
